I've noticed that on some websites, the formatting gets all messed up. The background is white, links turn blue and are underlined, and it makes the site nearly impossible to use. I'm curious why this happens and if there's a way to fix it. Any insights?

It sounds like the issue might be due to either bad CSS on the website or a rendering problem with your browser. Can you tell me which device and browser you're using when this happens?
Always on my laptop. It happens with a couple of websites, and I'm using Chrome.
