Enabling Wi‑Fi causes Bluetooth to stop working, while enabling Bluetooth either disconnects Wi‑Fi or turns it off completely. Check the Windows and device-related logs while switching Wi‑Fi and Bluetooth on and off. Event Viewer may show whether the wireless adapter is crashing, being disabled by a driver, or encountering a power-management conflict. The Bluetooth and Wi‑Fi adapter entries in Device Manager may also provide useful error codes or clues.
