I've noticed a weird issue where Google keeps thinking I'm a robot almost every time I refresh the Brave browser on my iPhone 13 mini or even when I'm on my Windows 11 laptop using a hotspot. It mainly happens on YouTube, and every time I either close and reopen the app or refresh a page, I get a Captcha asking me to confirm that I'm not a robot. Is this a problem with Brave's built-in ad blocker, or should I be worried about being tracked?

I don’t think you should worry. It's probably just a quirk with how Brave handles your data. Google can be overly cautious sometimes, especially if it detects unusual activity, but it doesn't necessarily mean you’re being tracked.
Check if you’re using a VPN; that can trigger these checks too. It happens to me because of mine. But if you're not using one, then it could just be Brave's settings causing it.
I’m not using a VPN. It seems to happen more on mobile, which is strange!
This issue often occurs with Brave’s privacy features. If you want fewer Captchas, try disabling the shields by tapping the button at the end of the address bar. It should reduce the number of times Google flags your browsing as suspicious.

That makes sense! Still, my paranoia about being tracked is hard to shake off.
