I've been trying to connect my Xbox controller to my PC, and initially, the Bluetooth seems to work just fine. However, after about 30 seconds to five minutes, I hear a beep and then the Bluetooth just shuts down. It doesn't turn off my PC, but my system completely loses Bluetooth functionality. I can't access it in the settings, and there's no Bluetooth driver showing in the device manager. I've searched online for solutions but haven't found anything that works. Anyone have ideas?

Sounds like your Bluetooth driver might be crashing. Did it ever work without issues? A while back, I cleaned my PC's custom loop and then plugged in my Bluetooth antenna for the first time, which totally fixed my disconnect problems. Also, a Windows update can sometimes mess with drivers, so consider rolling back your system to a previous restore point if it’s been a recurring issue.

I can't say for sure if it always worked. But I recall trying to connect my controller a while back, and it didn't work then either. I only attempted a driver update but didn't do much else.
