I'm having a weird issue with my keyboard. Whenever I type 'h' or '8', it ends up typing '8h' instead. This also happens with '9' and '0'. Plus, when I hit the shift key, it mutes my speakers. I'm really confused and need some help!

Sounds like your keyboard might be dirty or has possibly gotten wet. If it's a laptop keyboard, that can be tricky to fix. I'd suggest trying to clean it first. If it's an external keyboard, take a good look at it and see if any keys are sticking. You could try using some compressed air or even gently wiping it down with a cloth.
