I'm having a weird issue where, whenever I boot up my laptop from a complete shutdown, it automatically opens a website in Google. I've checked the event viewer for any clues but couldn't find anything useful. Does anyone have any idea what might be causing this?

Try checking the task scheduler on your laptop. It might give you a hint on what's triggering the browser to open that site. Are you the only user on this device?
I saw your screenshot and it doesn't look good. A site came up as potentially malicious on VirusTotal. I'd suggest reinstalling Windows, changing your passwords, and enabling multi-factor authentication. Also, make sure to keep your antivirus settings on high security!
