I've been experiencing an issue where my monitor randomly goes black while I'm gaming, but the PC stays on and the sound continues to work. The fan gets pretty loud too. I've checked that all my drivers are up to date, and I'm running Windows 11 with a GTX 1660 Ti graphics card paired with an XB273 GX monitor. What could be causing this?

It might be a cable or connection issue. Ensuring that the cables between the monitor and PC are secure might help. Sometimes a loose connection can cause the monitor to lose signal.
Is this issue happening on a laptop or a desktop? Just trying to clarify how everything's set up.
It sounds like your monitor could be overheating. You might want to check the temperatures of your components while gaming to see if something is getting too hot.

I monitor the temps and the CPU usually peaks around 70 degrees Celsius. I've also run stress tests, and everything looks fine. But it only seems to crash during gaming.
