I recently installed a game-ready driver for my RTX 2060, and shortly after, my PC completely froze. Restarting doesn't seem to help, as it freezes again almost immediately. I'm using the Nvidia app to manage my drivers. Has anyone else experienced this issue?

I had the same problem! The moment I installed the latest driver, my PC froze too. It definitely seems to be a problem with that update. I ended up uninstalling it and going back to an older version that was pre-installed. If it’s working for you now, it might be best to stick with what you have.
It sounds like you might need to uninstall the new driver. Try booting into safe mode and use Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) to remove it completely. If that doesn’t work, you can always roll back to an older driver that played nicely with your setup.
