Why does my PC keep freezing while gaming?

I've been experiencing random freezes on my computer, especially when playing League of Legends. The freezes usually last around 6-10 seconds, and I can't check the task manager during the freeze. Afterward, I look but don't see any significant spikes in resource usage. I'm not sure what's causing this issue. Here's my build for reference: https://uk.pcpartpicker.com/list/YKNhfy. If you need more info to help diagnose the problem, just let me know. Thanks!

It might help to simplify your setup a bit—try running your system with just one RAM stick and the integrated GPU (if available) while resetting to default BIOS settings. Removing any overclocking settings can also help narrow down the issue. Let me know if that changes anything!

Make sure to keep an eye on both RAM and VRAM usage while playing. If either is hitting 100%, that could definitely cause those freezing issues while your system tries to use your HDD for additional memory space. If this is the case, consider upgrading your RAM or closing other applications while gaming.
