I'm having a frustrating issue where my PC seems to be causing the electricity in my entire room to shut off whenever I try to turn it on. It first happened while I was gaming, and suddenly the power in multiple rooms went out, including my PC. After waiting about 30 minutes, I attempted to power my PC back on, but every time I do, the electricity cuts out again. Now I'm worried that components like my CPU and GPU might have been damaged because of the power supply unit (PSU). What should I do?

It sounds like you might have tripped the breaker. If that's the case, it could be an issue with your PSU. Make sure you’re not overloading the circuit you're using for your PC—check what else is plugged in.
Stop turning on your PC until you figure out the problem! If it's indeed a faulty PSU, it could be a fire hazard or more damage could occur.

Yeah, if you're running other devices, like a heater, that could definitely be too much for one circuit.
