I'm having a frustrating issue with my Xbox Series X where it keeps wiping the hard drive every time I completely shut it off. I've replaced the drive and formatted it clean. It initially installs fine until I turn off the console, then it wipes the drive again. I've tried everything I can think of, and I'm really in need of some help. Thanks in advance!

It sounds like you might be dealing with a power issue. Sometimes, the console doesn’t fully power down and can cause problems with the drive. Make sure you’re actually shutting it down completely. You can also try unplugging it for a few minutes after shutting it down to reset everything. If it’s still an issue, it might be worth calling customer support directly.

It's an internal drive, and I've already tried three different ones with the same result. It seems like nothing’s working!

Is the hard drive internal or external? If it's external, ensure it’s a compatible model. Some third-party drives can cause issues with the console. If it's internal, double-check that it's securely connected. Sometimes a loose connection can cause it to act up.
