I've been having issues with my Xiaomi Redmi Note 14 Pro 4G. While I was texting and listening to music, the phone suddenly went black and restarted after about 30 seconds. This has happened multiple times today—around 7 or 8 times already! My battery life is great, the temperature is normal at 33°C, and I have 100GB of free storage left. I'm really confused about what's going on with it because this is my first phone that I bought with my own hard-earned money. I've even checked for viruses and am currently using my old laptop to access the internet.

It sounds like your phone might be facing some hardware issues. These Xiaomi models can have a shorter lifespan, often around two years. If you can, consider saving up for a more reliable brand like Samsung or Apple next time. It's frustrating, but it might be your best bet in the long run!
Can you explain why that happens? I'm really unsure about the reasons behind this issue.
Try performing a force restart instead of a regular one. This might help resolve some of the glitches causing your phone to shut down.
How do I do a force restart?

I appreciate the advice! I'll keep that in mind for my next purchase.
