Why Does the Command Prompt Open Unexpectedly on My Computer?

I was playing Hollow Knight when I noticed that the Command Prompt opened for just a split second and then closed. It seemed like there was nothing in it. Could this be caused by something? I've already scanned for viruses and found nothing. Recently, someone logged into my Steam account, and now that same person has access to my friend's account from the same PC. Are these events connected? Is it possible I have a hidden virus, or is it just a coincidence? I'm having trouble talking to my friend about changing passwords. Can someone help me understand what might be happening? I'm not very tech-savvy.

ConcernedGamer09: I did a full scan with Malwarebytes multiple times, and nothing showed up. I've heard of 2FA but I'm really not sure if we were using it. It's the one where you get codes from your email, right? I used to use Steamtools but deleted it. I'm worried because it feels overwhelming with all this advice.
