I noticed that Windows Defender is flagging a threat, showing a trojan alert. But when I try to decide what actions to take, the alert suddenly disappears, and the security page indicates that no threats are detected anymore. This is happening on Windows 11. Has anyone else experienced this?

That sounds pretty shady! It might be a sign that someone is remotely accessing your computer. They're possibly closing out the alert to make you disregard it, or the malware could be programmed to shut down Defender at intervals. Definitely keep an eye on your system security!
I think it's vital to make sure your Windows Defender is fully updated. Sometimes false positives can occur if the software isn’t up to date. Also, running a thorough system scan could help track down any potential issues. Better safe than sorry!
