Why is Arc Raiders struggling to hit 60 FPS on my RTX 3060?

I've been playing Arc Raiders on my RTX 3060, but I'm noticing it's barely hitting 60 FPS and often drops to 40 or 50 FPS, which is super frustrating. There's also quite a bit of stuttering. I've looked at several benchmark videos, and they suggest I should be getting around 70 to 80 FPS. Why the discrepancy?

It isn't just the GPU that affects your FPS. You also need to look at your CPU and RAM. What kind of CPU are you using? And how much RAM do you have? Your whole system needs to be balanced for optimal performance.
