I've been playing Arc Raiders on my RTX 3060, but I'm noticing it's barely hitting 60 FPS and often drops to 40 or 50 FPS, which is super frustrating. There's also quite a bit of stuttering. You mentioned your specs; if you have 16 GB of RAM and an Intel Core i5 8400, that's decent, but make sure the CPU is not getting bottlenecked during gameplay. Sometimes, the stuttering can come from other factors like background processes or thermal throttling.
It isn't just the GPU that affects your FPS. You also need to look at your CPU and RAM. What kind of CPU are you using? And how much RAM do you have? Your whole system needs to be balanced for optimal performance.
