I've been experiencing a strange issue with my PC. Whenever I boot it up for the first time in the morning, the screen glitches and there are weird visuals, but after that initial boot, everything works perfectly fine. It only happens the first time I start it up after a long break, and if I reboot or turn it off and on again after that, there are no problems. I've already taken out the RAM and re-seated it, but that didn't help. I also updated the BIOS, so I don't think that's the issue. Sometimes the ASUS logo appears and disappears during the glitching before it finally boots up. Does anyone have any ideas on what could be causing this?

It sounds like you might be dealing with a display issue or a problem with the graphics card. Sometimes, just reseating the GPU can help. Also, check all your cables to make sure they're securely connected. If you have access to another monitor, try booting up with that to see if the problem persists. It could also be worth running a memory test to rule out any RAM issues.
Glitching during boot can sometimes indicate a failing component. Since it only happens after a long period of inactivity, it could be a capacitor issue on the motherboard or even something overheating. If you can, see if your BIOS has a hardware monitoring section that shows temps, especially when you start it up. If the issue continues, you might want to consider talking to a professional.
That's a good suggestion about checking the temperatures in the BIOS. Overheating can definitely create weird boot issues.

Good point! Trying a different monitor might help clarify if it's a display issue. Also, it's smart to test the RAM just to be sure.
