Why is my CPU overheating at startup and showing a fan speed error?

I'm having an issue where my CPU temperature hits 90 degrees Celsius every time I boot up my PC. Additionally, I receive a CPU fan speed error message. I noticed that when I power on the computer, the fans on my liquid cooler start spinning very slowly, and I can't hear the liquid moving inside. Here are my specs: CPU: Intel Core i9-14900KS, Cooler: Arctic Liquid Freezer 240, Motherboard: ASUS PRIME B760-PLUS D4.

It sounds like there might be a wiring issue with your AIO cooler. Make sure you're using the correct cable setup. If you have a single cable from the pump to the motherboard, it might not be enough for proper operation. Ideally, there should be separate cables for the pump, fans, and any additional components your motherboard may require. Check if you can switch it up and try connecting it differently.

I tried using a cable plugged into both CPU_Fan and AIO_Pump, and neither seemed to work. I'm not super tech-savvy, so I'm not sure what to do next.
