Hey everyone! A friend of mine just bought a secondhand PC and wants to play Warzone while streaming live on TikTok. However, he's running into issues with his FPS, which doesn't go above 60. Here's what the specs look like: an i5 8400 CPU, an RTX 2060 GPU, and an MSI Z390-A PRO motherboard. Any ideas what might be causing these performance issues?

Honestly, the PC might just not be powerful enough for both gaming and streaming at the same time. Upgrading the CPU would be a solid first step since the i5 8400 only has 6 cores and 6 threads, which could struggle under that load. More RAM might also help, but definitely consider the CPU first.
Warzone is pretty heavy on the CPU, so that could definitely be affecting performance. If his FPS is capped at 60, it might be due to an outdated cable or possibly a 60Hz monitor.
Actually, he's using a 165Hz monitor.
If things don't improve, check out a site like initio-pc; they offer a free PC boost pack that might help you optimize the setup.

Would upgrading to a better graphics card help as well?
