Why is My Gaming FPS Low with an RTX 3060 and Ryzen 7?

I'm having some trouble with my gaming performance. I have a setup featuring an RTX 3060 with 12GB of VRAM, a Ryzen 7 5800X processor, and 48GB of RAM, but I'm struggling to reach 60+ frames per second in most games at medium to ultra settings. I've seen benchmark videos on YouTube that show much higher FPS with similar setups. Despite having XMP enabled and up-to-date drivers, my performance seems underwhelming. Could running Windows 10 be part of the problem? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

First, what resolution are you gaming at? Sometimes the resolution can significantly affect your FPS. If you're playing at 1920x1080, both your GPU and CPU should handle that well, but moving to 4K would definitely put more strain on them. Also, make sure any in-game settings like V-Sync or Frame Rate Limit aren't capping your FPS too low. Let us know!

I'm playing at 1920x1080 and I see worse performance even at 4K, which seems odd with my setup. Any other tips?
