I'm currently using a 5070 TI graphics card paired with a Ryzen 5 9600X processor. When I play The Witcher 3 at ultra settings with DLSS set to balanced, I'm observing around 50% to 60% utilization on my CPU but only 30% to 40% on my GPU. I'm curious about what this might indicate and how I can improve the GPU utilization during gameplay.

It looks like you're getting decent FPS (80-90) at 1440p, but your GPU isn't being fully utilized. This can happen due to a few reasons like CPU bottlenecking or power limits on the GPU. What resolution are you playing at?

Make sure to check what power your GPU is drawing. If it's not tapping into its full potential, it might indicate a power limit is being reached elsewhere. You could also verify whether your drivers are up to date.
