I started using an iPhone 14 Pro on August 15, and its maximum battery capacity has dropped from 99% to 95% in about two weeks. I often let it fall below 20% before charging and usually use a power bank. I also updated the phone to iOS 26.6 last week. Is there something I'm doing wrong, or is this kind of battery-health change normal?

If the phone or battery is several years old, this level of wear can be completely expected. Battery health is only an estimate and will eventually decline; it isn’t a precise daily measurement. Keep using the phone normally and replace the battery when its runtime becomes inconvenient or the system recommends service.
Lithium-ion batteries naturally lose capacity over time, and the battery-health percentage doesn’t update smoothly. iOS may recalculate the estimate and make it drop several points at once, so a change from 99% to 95% doesn’t necessarily mean the battery lost exactly 4% in two weeks. Check Settings > Battery for unusual app usage and keep Optimized Battery Charging enabled. There’s no need to obsess over the percentage—anything above roughly 80% is generally considered normal.
Charging below 20% or using a power bank usually isn’t enough to explain a sudden change like this. Avoid excessive heat, use a reliable charger and cable, and charge whenever convenient. Regularly letting the phone shut down from an empty battery is less ideal than charging it before that happens. If the phone was sold as new, it may be worth checking whether the battery was actually new and looking at its cycle count.
