I restarted my laptop about an hour ago, and it's still loading. Is this normal? Google says it should only take a minute or so. Should I be worried?

How old is your laptop? Sometimes age can affect performance.
You might want to try holding down the power button for about 30 seconds and then turning it back on. That should force it to reset!
