Why is my PC hanging on BIOS when connected to my LG C1 TV?

I recently moved my PC with a GeForce 3080 GPU and a Ryzen 6700X3D processor downstairs to use with my LG C1 TV. It usually works perfectly with my 1440p ultra-wide monitor, reaching 160 fps in most games. However, now when I connect it to the TV via HDMI, it hangs on the BIOS screen. I can get it to display, but then it just freezes. Is this a problem with my TV, or could something have gone wrong during the move? I'm hoping to avoid moving the entire setup back upstairs to troubleshoot, but I might have to make adjustments if necessary! Any help would be greatly appreciated!

One option is to use your monitor instead of moving the PC back up again. It might be easier and let you troubleshoot quickly without the hassle of hauling everything around.

Yeah, I'm considering that if I can't solve the issue. My monitor is mounted on an arm, though, and I'll need to lay it down since I tossed the base—seriously, what a design disaster that base was! It took up way too much desk space and was super heavy for no good reason.
