I've noticed a significant drop in performance for a game that usually runs at 144 FPS with my GPU usage around 35-55%. Now, it's randomly dropping to 130 FPS with the GPU hitting 100% usage and the CPU at around 40%. This change happened out of nowhere, and I'm not sure what's causing it. Any ideas?

Did anything change with your system? Sometimes game or Windows updates can mess up performance. Did you install any new drivers recently?
Yeah, I updated my drivers a couple of weeks ago. Then, my PC started randomly shutting down after about 10 minutes of use and now it hits 100% GPU in most games.
