Why is my RTX 5060 Ti showing as PCIe 3.0 x8 instead of x16?

I just installed my RTX 5060 Ti on my ASUS ROG Strix X470-F motherboard, but GPU-Z is showing that the bus interface is PCIe x8 5.0 at x8 3.0. Is this normal, or is there a way to fix it?

The RTX 5060 Ti is designed to operate at an x8 link, so it’s normal for it to show up as PCIe 3.0 x8. Unless you're running applications that heavily rely on bandwidth, you probably won't notice any performance drops. It's just how the card is built.

I thought it would run at PCIe 3.0 x16 on your motherboard too, but it seems the 5060 Ti is limited to x8. As long as your motherboard supports the GPU and everything is functioning, you shouldn't run into major issues.
