Hey folks, I'm facing a frustrating issue with my gaming setup that's leading to low FPS and annoying stuttering during gameplay. Here's what I'm working with:

- CPU: Ryzen 7 7800X3D
- GPU: RTX 5060 Ti 16GB (triple fan)
- Motherboard: Gigabyte B650 Eagle AX
- Cooler: Hiditec LQ360mm
- Power Supply: Corsair RMX 850W
- RAM: 32GB Corsair Vengeance 6000MHz CL36

I recently upgraded from an RTX 4060 to this new GPU and swapped my MSI Pro B650S WiFi motherboard because some pins were bent. Since these changes, my performance has dipped significantly. I used to get a solid 360 FPS in Fortnite given my monitor's refresh rate, but now I struggle to hit that mark, dropping to around 160 FPS instead. This problem exists across all my games too.

After running some benchmarks, I noticed a drop in my CPU's Cinebench score. Even though I tweaked the PBO and adjusted the limits for PPT, EDC, and TDC to recover some of my performance, the FPS hasn't returned to what it was. I've also reinstalled Windows multiple times, cleaned out the GPU drivers, and toggled Global C-States, but I can't seem to fix the issue. There's a concerning error showing up in my Event Viewer related to Kernel Event Tracing, which might be a clue. During gaming, I observe my CPU is only pulling about 60W and my GPU is around 30%, meaning they aren't being fully utilized. My CPU frequency stays between 4.8GHz and 5GHz. Any thoughts on what might be going wrong?

It sounds like your temps are pretty good while playing, which is a plus. How are the thermals on both the CPU and GPU? Sometimes, throttling can occur if the components are overheating, but it seems like you're in the clear there. Just keep an eye on those temps during gaming sessions. Good luck!

Yeah, my CPU stays around 60 degrees and the GPU is at 45 degrees, so I think I'm good there!

Are you playing at 1080p and on low settings? Sometimes, the settings can drastically affect FPS performance. If you're not already, maybe try tweaking those down and see if it helps.

Yep, I'm playing at 1080p on low settings, so that's not the issue.
