I'm having a frustrating issue with my Samsung Smart TV. Every time I try to access the home menu or turn on the TV, it freezes after one or two button presses and sends me right back to Samsung TV Plus. I've already tried disabling the autoplay option on both of our Samsung accounts, unplugging the TV for over a minute, and even performing a hard reset that wiped all the data. Despite all these efforts, the app still opens automatically. This problem started when my dad turned it on after my mom left, and it seems to persist. Has anyone else experienced this?

Yeah, I'm having similar problems. I was also told by Samsung that they're looking into this issue. It's comforting to know they know about it and are actively working on a solution.

I'm dealing with the same problem! I contacted Samsung support, and they confirmed they are aware of the issue. They escalated my case to their Technical Engineering team to figure out what's causing these crashes. They mentioned that the fix might be done automatically once they identify the problem. Fingers crossed we get a resolution soon!

My mom just called Samsung support... she's currently 170th in line waiting for a callback. Sounds like it could be a bigger issue, maybe related to an update or coding problem.
