I recently switched my PC to a new case, and after putting everything back together, I noticed that the tempered glass panel looks odd. One side is crystal clear, but the other side appears hazy, blurry, and smeared. It feels somewhat rough compared to the smooth side, and while water makes it look clearer temporarily, the haze returns once it dries. I've checked for any protective film but can't see or pull anything from the edges. I could be missing it or it might not be film at all. Any suggestions on how to fix this?

I saw your image, and it looks like you might have some adhesive residue left over from a protective film. You could try laying the panel flat on a soft surface and using a microfiber cloth with some 70-99% Isopropyl Alcohol. Soak it for a bit, then scrub it clean.
This could also be a manufacturing film that wasn't removed properly. Using 91% isopropyl alcohol can help break it down. It might be tough to see, but if it feels uneven, that's likely the issue!
Could you upload a picture of the glass? It might help others understand the issue better!
Just did! Thanks for the suggestion.

What exactly will the 91% isopropyl alcohol do in this case?
