Why is my UEFI suddenly not displaying any video output?

I restarted my PC today and I'm having a major issue where I cannot get any video output when trying to access the UEFI. It seems like the integrated GPU (iGPU) is loading correctly at the boot loader stage, but the dedicated GPU (dGPU) does nothing and I just get a black screen from the iGPU. I've already tried switching out the CMOS battery, which still had some charge, and I've turned off the power supply completely. I haven't made any changes to the UEFI settings, nor did I encounter any power issues. Here's my setup: MSI PRO B650-S Wifi, Ryzen 7 7700X, RTX 3090, Corsair RM850X, Corsair Vengeance DDR5 RAM 2x32GB 6000MHz, and a Samsung 980 M.2 SSD. I was considering using the Flash button on the motherboard to try and fix this while in UEFI, but I wanted to get some advice first to avoid potentially bricking my setup. Also, I've only tested the iGPU using the DisplayPort output.

Have you tried removing the RTX 3090 and just using the integrated GPU? That might help you get into the UEFI since it seems like that's the only one working right now. Let me know if you give it a go!

What?! It worked! But I could only get it to display over DisplayPort. What should I do next? Is there something I need to update or disable to fix this?
