I'm having a frustrating issue where my WiFi shows it's connected and secured, but when I try to open YouTube in my browser, it tells me there's no internet connection. I've checked the WiFi, opened Chrome, and clicked on the YouTube shortcut, but it still shows no internet. I also tried some games like Valorant and Roblox, but they don't work either. My phone and TV can connect just fine, so I'm at a loss here. Can anyone help?

Is your date and time set correctly? Sometimes, that can cause issues with the connection. Also, have you tried right-clicking on the WiFi icon and running the troubleshoot option? It might help you identify the problem.
Got it, thanks for checking! It's weird that your WiFi works on other devices but not on your laptop.
It sounds like a DNS issue. Try typing 1.1.1.1 directly into your browser to see if that works. If that page loads, your DNS settings might just need to be adjusted.
I typed 1.1.1.1 into my browser, but the site couldn't be reached.

I did troubleshoot, but it says the DNS server couldn't process the request. Also, my date and time are correct.
