Why is my WiFi lagging every 15 seconds on my new PC?

I recently bought a new PC, and I've been experiencing this annoying issue where my internet lags severely every 15 seconds. This issue makes online gaming nearly impossible. I'm using WiFi instead of a wired connection because of my apartment layout, and my PC is located at the farthest end from the router. Interestingly, my old laptop had no such issues in the same spot. I've tried a bunch of things to fix it, but nothing has worked so far.

You might want to check your motherboard model and download the necessary drivers from the manufacturer's website. Outdated drivers can really cause those connection issues. Let me know if you need help finding the drivers!

I ran into the same issue! Once I downloaded the latest drivers from MSI's official site for my motherboard, everything was smooth sailing. It really fixed the lag issues for me!

Can you explain how to download the drivers? I did this for my old laptop because of audio issues, but I've forgotten the process.
