Why is my WiFi speed so slow despite paying for gigabit internet?

I'm using Spectrum and subscribed to a gig-speed plan, but I'm currently experiencing download speeds of less than 1 Mbps. I have a TP-link Archer BE260 router, and my home is about 1700 square feet with only four devices connected: my phone, my Roku stick, my girlfriend's phone, and a laptop. I've already tried hard resetting both my modem and router, but I'm still having issues. Any suggestions on how to improve my WiFi speed?

First off, have you tried connecting your devices using an Ethernet cable? That way, you can see if the speed improves when you're hardwired into the router. It's important to note that the speeds advertised by your ISP are usually for direct connections, not WiFi. If you're only getting slow speeds over WiFi, the problem might be with your router or setup.
