I upgraded to fibre optic internet earlier this year, and it was great for the first six months. Lately, almost all my devices are maxing out at around 60 Mbps, except for one device — my iPhone 16, which is still getting over 400 Mbps. This issue affects both wired and Wi-Fi connections. I've tried updating the modem, but it says there are no updates available. I've reached out to my internet provider, but they weren't helpful. Could this be an issue on my end or with the service provider?

First off, what router are you using? If it has Quality of Service (QoS) settings enabled, make sure that your older devices aren't connecting on the 2.4 GHz band, as they could be slowing things down. Sometimes the newer devices benefit from the 5 GHz band, so checking that might help.

I'm not sure about the type of router. It's one delivered by the provider. QoS is enabled. How do I check which band the devices are connected to? I don't see anything in the Wi-Fi settings.
