I've been having a really frustrating issue where Windows Defender is blocking all of my games. It removes the anti-cheats and even prevents loading components like il2cpp. I've disabled Defender, tried blocking it in the registry, but nothing seems to work. I'm looking for any advice or solutions to stop this from happening.

Yeah, I just looks like standard behavior from Defender when it thinks something sketchy is going on. If you're launching a free game from Steam, maybe try adding it to the Defender's exceptions list. That sometimes helps!
Are you trying to run any cracked or modded games? That usually triggers Defender to block them. Normally, it shouldn't interfere with legit Steam games unless there's something unusual happening. Just a thought!
