I'm trying to figure out what's limiting my performance in WoW. The game stays around 25–30 FPS no matter whether I use the lowest or highest graphics settings, and I've disabled the in-game FPS caps. My system seems powerful enough, but I'm not very experienced with troubleshooting PCs. Specs: Ryzen 5 3600, 32 GB RAM, and an RTX 5060 Ti 16 GB. What should I check to find the cause?

Also monitor your CPU and GPU temperatures while playing. High temperatures could cause the system to throttle and reduce FPS.
Open Task Manager while the game is running and check which processes are using the most CPU, GPU, memory, or disk resources. Background applications can sometimes hurt performance, so it’s worth checking what is active during gameplay.
If the hardware usage and temperatures look normal, try a clean graphics-driver installation with DDU, then reinstall the latest NVIDIA driver. For a longer-term upgrade, a stronger Ryzen X3D processor may improve WoW performance, since the game can benefit heavily from faster gaming-focused CPUs.
