Despite having an Nvidia GeForce GTX 1070 TI, the game appears to be using about 90-99% of my CPU while barely touching my GPU at all, sometimes showing 0% usage. I've tried a few different fixes, like tweaking settings in the Nvidia control panel and forcing the game to run in DirectX 11 mode, but nothing seems to work.
