Why isn't my F5 key refreshing the page anymore?

I'm having trouble with my F5 key; it's not refreshing pages like it used to. Instead, pressing it toggles my touchpad lock on and off. I've tried other combinations like Ctrl+F5 and Fn+F5, but they do the same thing. This problem came up recently, but I can't pinpoint exactly when. I've checked for keyboard driver updates, and they're all current. I'm using Windows 11, so any advice on fixing this would be appreciated!
