I'm having trouble with my Xiaomi A24i monitor. It powers on and shows the logo, but it won't detect an HDMI signal from any of my devices. When I connect my laptop, nothing appears on the screen. I checked, and the laptop works fine with my TV, so the issue seems to be with the monitor itself. I might have changed something by accident—any ideas on how to fix this?

Have you tried using the monitor's settings? There should be a way to factory reset it. Just look for the on-screen display options when you press the monitor's buttons.
I tried that, but only two options showed up when I pressed the button. Not sure what to do next!
