I recently upgraded my setup with a new motherboard and CPU, specifically an ASUS TUF GAMING B760-M PLUS WIFI D4 and an i7-14700. After reassembling everything, I'm having trouble with the top PCIe slot not detecting my RTX 3080. The motherboard has a white indicator light on, and while I can hear Windows starting up, my monitor remains black. I managed to get a signal by connecting my DisplayPort to the motherboard instead, but it still doesn't recognize the Nvidia GPU when I try to install the drivers. I even tested the GPU in the second PCIe slot, and it worked fine there.
