I just tried logging into my AWS account, but it says there's no account associated with my email. After checking, I discovered that my account has been permanently banned. Has anyone else experienced this? Is there a way to get it reopened? Also, could this be why I can't access AWS in my browser? It seems like my IP might be banned too.

If you’re using a VPN, it might be that AWS is blocking traffic from certain IPs. I’d check that out.
Just a heads up, AWS doesn't provide exact response times for account support inquiries. They handle requests in the order they receive them, so it could take some time. Hang in there!
Sorry you're dealing with this! Check out this AWS document for troubleshooting. It has some steps for when you're having issues with your account email. If problems persist, you can contact their Account support team without needing to log in. Just use this link: http://go.aws/account-support.
How long should I expect to wait for a response from them?
You should definitely reach out to AWS support for help. What was in your account? Sometimes accounts can get banned for unexpected reasons.
I don’t have a phone number attached. Nothing sketchy in my account; I hadn't accessed it in almost 2 years, but I saw they were still billing me.

I’m not using a VPN, so unsure what the issue could be.
