Why won’t my Thermaltake case fan spin?

I'm building a PC using a Thermaltake View 170 TG case, and while the LED lights on the case fan light up fine, the fan itself won't spin, so it seems like it's getting power. I'm using an ASRock B650 motherboard. Can someone help me troubleshoot this?

The pins on the PWM headers usually have an extra piece to guide you on where it should go. If you’re unsure where to connect, I recommend checking your motherboard manual.

Make sure you've connected both the PWM header and the ARGB header properly. It sounds like you might only have the ARGB plugged in.

Check that you've plugged in the actual fan cables because usually fans and their LED lights are powered separately. RGB fans typically require dual connections.
