My home Wi-Fi works normally on all my other devices, but my PC connects to the network without getting internet access. The PC can connect successfully to other Wi-Fi networks, so I'm trying to figure out whether the issue is with my computer's network settings or its connection to this particular network. What troubleshooting steps should I try?

Since the connection works on other devices, first restart the modem and router by unplugging them for about 30 seconds, then plugging them back in. A Wi-Fi connection and internet access aren’t exactly the same thing, so the wireless signal can work even when the PC isn’t reaching the internet. If every other device continues working but the PC does not, contact your internet provider for help checking the connection or router settings.
Try using your computer’s network reset option. It will remove and reinstall the network adapters and return the network settings to their defaults, which can fix a problem affecting only that PC. After the reset, reconnect to your Wi-Fi and enter the password again.
When you say restart the modem, do you mean pressing the small reset button with a pin? Also, is there anything else I can try before contacting my provider?
