I currently use a 1080p monitor and play games at 720p because my integrated graphics can usually reach around 60 FPS at medium settings. Unfortunately, 720p looks noticeably blurry on the display. With a Vega 7, it may be more practical to run the game in a smaller window at a higher resolution instead of stretching 720p across the whole screen. A centered window with a black background can look sharper, though you lose some screen area.
