Will a 750W PSU Handle a 9070XT and 7800X3D?

I'm wondering if my power supply is enough for my setup. I've got a 9070XT Mercury OC Edition that pulls around 360W under load, along with a 7800X3D processor. My build includes 32GB of 6000 CL30 RAM, a 500GB NVMe SSD, a 1TB SATA SSD, an AIO cooler, and a B650 Tomahawk WiFi motherboard. I also have four 140mm case fans. My power supply is the XPG CORE REACTOR II VE 750W. Do you think that's sufficient?

Check out a PSU calculator on a hardware manufacturer's website to see if you're in the safe zone, but just remember they often suggest more wattage than you actually need.

Yeah, those calculators tend to overestimate to be on the safe side.

Absolutely, it looks good to me! If you're concerned, try undervolting or setting a power limit just to keep it all running smoothly.
