Will an i5 3470 Run Windows 10 Well?

Hey folks, I'm wondering how well the Intel i5 3470 will handle Windows 10. I've read mixed reviews and would love to hear your experiences or insights on the performance, especially if you've used this CPU with Windows 10. Thanks!

The performance of your system will greatly improve if you have an SSD. The i5 3470 isn't ancient; it was relatively new when Windows 10 was released, so you should be fine. In fact, many older machines from the Vista era have successfully run Windows 10 and performed better than expected!

FriendlyNeighbor7: I do have an SSD, but Windows 10 version 22H2 is still pretty laggy. Should I consider upgrading? My Windows 7 won't boot anymore, and I've always wanted to switch to Windows 10.
