Hey everyone! I stumbled upon a great deal for a Corsair Vengeance 64GB RAM (model CMH64GX5M2Y6400C32) on the marketplace. But I noticed that it's optimized for Intel XMP profiles. Can someone clarify whether that means it won't be compatible with my upcoming AMD build featuring the Ryzen 9 9950X3D? I hope I'm not bringing up something that's been answered a million times!

It’s worth checking if that RAM has an EXPO profile. That's what AMD uses instead of XMP. If there isn’t an EXPO profile, it might still work, but performance could be less than optimal. You might want to look for RAM that supports EXPO for the best results.

Yeah, exactly! Even if it doesn’t have an EXPO profile, sometimes you can manually adjust settings in the BIOS to get it running better with AMD systems.
