Hey everyone! I just upgraded from my old 1070 to a used RX 6700 XT, which I'm pretty excited about! My Power Supply Unit (RM650i) seems to be good for my setup, but I'm concerned about the power connection. The RX 6700 XT requires two 8-pin PCIe connectors, and right now I only have one 8-pin cable that connects to another 8-pin cable. Is that enough, or do I need to get a different PSU that has two separate 8-pin cables? I've attached a photo for reference. Thanks for your help!

It sounds like you're in decent shape! Most likely, your RM650i should work fine with a single cable since that model supports daisy chaining. Still, it's always cleaner to use separate cables if you can. Just be cautious and monitor the power draw during your first few sessions to make sure everything stays cool.

Thanks for your input! I guess I can give it a shot and see how it goes. I'll keep an eye on the temps for sure!
