I'm currently running an Intel i5-13400F CPU, an RTX 3070 GPU, a B760 Pro motherboard, and I have 32GB of RAM. I'm considering upgrading my graphics card to either the RX 9060XT or the RX 5070, but I'm leaning towards the 9060XT since it's cheaper than the 5070. I'd love to hear your thoughts on this choice! Also, do you think I should upgrade my CPU as well? My total budget for this upgrade project is around $400-$500. Any opinions would be greatly appreciated!

The RX 9060XT is really not a huge jump from the 3070; it's more of a slight upgrade, especially in terms of VRAM. I think you’d be better off saving a bit longer and going for the RX 5070 instead. Also, the 3070 still has a decent resale value if you decide to sell it later on!
Before you go ahead with upgrading your GPU, make sure your power supply unit (PSU) is adequate and that your case has enough space to fit the new card. It sounds like your PSU is 750W, which should generally be enough for both the 9060XT and the 3070, and it seems you're good on space too. Just double-check those specs!
