I've been experiencing issues with the Terminal app on Windows 11 since about an hour ago. It's displaying the error code 0x803F8001. Has anyone else encountered this problem?

I’m having trouble with Notepad too, it says I lack a license. Just to clarify, when you mention the Terminal app, are you referring to cmd.exe, PowerShell, or something else?
