I have a new Microsoft Surface Laptop with a Qualcomm Snapdragon X Plus processor running Windows 11. After installing a large batch of system updates, the keyboard backlight keeps turning itself back on a few minutes after I disable it with F5. The screen brightness slider also appears to work, but the display returns to full brightness on its own. These issues are draining the battery, and restarting has not helped. I only use the laptop for schoolwork and have not installed any unusual software. How can I determine which update caused this and fix the problem?
